Pranjali Savla – Founder, Board-Certified Occupational Therapist

My journey into occupational therapy began with the belief that healing the body also requires healing the spirit. I saw firsthand how physical limitations affect not just a person’s function, but their joy, purpose, and identity.

I dreamed of a space where care wasn’t rushed, where each person’s story mattered, and where therapy addressed the whole individual — not just symptoms. That dream became Rise and Recover Therapy Clinic.

This clinic isn’t just a practice — it’s a mission. Inspired by my mother-in-law’s journey with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I saw how mobility loss stole not just her function, but her ability to engage in cherished moments with family. That pain, and the gap in support, lit a fire in me to build something different. A clinic where people reclaim their lives — not just movement.

Rise and Recover is that haven. A place to rediscover passions, restore confidence, and rise into a better tomorrow.

My Story: Pranjali Savla

My journey into occupational therapy stemmed from a deep belief in the interconnectedness of mind and body. I saw how physical limitations impacted not just a person’s abilities, but their emotional well-being and sense of purpose. I envisioned a clinic that addressed the whole person, not just the symptoms. A place where we could help individuals rediscover their passions, rebuild their confidence, and find meaningful ways to engage with the world around them. For me, occupational therapy is about unlocking potential and empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives, regardless of their challenges. It’s about more than therapy; it’s about restoring the essence of who they are, one purposeful activity at a time. As a Board Certified Occupational Therapist with deep expertise in various children and adult centric settings, I wanted to provide a haven where individuals could find relief, regain mobility, and learn to manage their condition with confidence. I took the leap of faith to open Rise and Recover Therapy Clinic. This clinic isn’t just a business; it’s a mission to empower people to reclaim their lives and live them to the fullest.

This spark ignited a blazing fire a few years ago, watching my mother-in-law, a vibrant domestic engineer and grandmother, lose her ability to move or lift her chubby grandbabies due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. Everyday tasks, things most people take for granted, were mountains for her. The frustration in her eyes wasn’t just about the bedridden days, but the stolen joy and quality time with her family and preparing home cooked feasts. Seeing this frustration and the lack of accessible support is when the profound powers of occupational therapy were validated – it wasn’t just about regaining movement, it was about reclaiming life. I envisioned a clinic, a haven, where individuals could rediscover their passions, rebuild their independence, and rewrite their stories – Rise and Recover Therapy Clinic
